Delivery in July 2013, Singapore. This is an ultra-premium, deepwater, independent-leg, extended reach cantilever drilling unit. A cantilevered drilling structure allows the rig to drill or work over wells on open water locations, and adjacent to fixed production platforms. The LeTourneau Super 116 is designed to drill wells up to 30,000 feet deep and work in water depths as shallow as 16 feet and up to 350 feet in most areas around the world. Environmentally controlled quarters and safety and lifesaving equipment can accommodate 102 persons. SUBSTRUCTURE SUBBASE AND CANTILEVER BEAM

Optional LeTourneau W-1500TS (two speed) Lebus grooved anchor winches and level winder each with a 50,000 lb. (22,680 kg) line pull. Drum capacity for 2,000 ft. 1-1/2 inch wire rope. - Designed and manufactured by LeTourneau Inc., the Super 116E platform is an enhanced unit that builds on the strengths of the original workhorse of the industry, "the LeT 116-C", and expands the capability of its predecessor, the Super 116. The Super 116E provides the international offshore drilling industry with a proven versatile tool for exploration and development drilling and workover capabilities, in most world regions economically.
- The Super 116E cantilever with its electromechanical transverse and longitudinal skidding system allows for maneuvering the subbase 15 feet each side of center and 70 feet from the stern of the platform to the center of the rotary.
- The Super 116E is classified by the American Bureau of Shipping _Al and is built in accordance with the 1989 MODU Code established by the IMO Resolution A.649(16). When required by the customer (as many units have), the unit can be manufactured to meet the requirements of the United States Coast Guard, The Netherlands Department of Mines (Dutch Mining Regulations, Continental Shelf), or other regulatory bodies.

We may be able to develop for sale the below Indonesia unloader floating bulk barge: CM Ciwanden Jaya ex ferryside
The un-loader Barge : Ciwanden Jaya with only less than 50 m loa ,and built in 2002, can direct un-load bulk
cement from Bulk Carrier (OGV) by suction (equipment installed on board) and transfer to either storage barge,
shore silo or road-tanker. Discharging rate is approximated 2 x 175 mt/hr when OGV hold full. Un-loading arms
(Suction Pipe) are operated by hydraulic mechanism 2 sets of 4 segments.(pls check attached GA for dimension details).
The barge able to convey the "sucked" bulk cement direct to bulk barges or feeder cement carriers, using a spout loader mounted on the barge's opposite side.

LOA of OGV is not a problem for discharging. The barge can shift along the OGV for difference cargo holds
discharging, but Beam for the OGV should not exceed 24M and distance from water line to hatch should not exceed
